3. Wat Pha Kho

Wat Pha Kho is an ancient temple in Songkhla province. The temple was established for a long time together with Songkhla town. Wat Pha Kho is also an archaeological site consists of old objects such as the reclining Buddha, chedi, Footprint, and etc. These indicate the prosperity in the past of the local community.
One of the most revered monks of Thailand, Laung Pu Thuad stayed at this temple for a considerable span of time. Local Buddhists come here to pay respect to Luang Pu Thuad and pray for blessings for their lives. Luang Pu Thuad's amulets are also very famous among many Buddhists in Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.
